Beef with Oystersauce


Ingredients

400 g (13 1/2 oz) lean beef
4 tbs sweet soy sauce
2 tbs corn starch
2 tbs oil
2 ts balsimico vinegar
3 tbls sherry
2 tsp brown sugar or white sugar
salt
4 tbs oil
2 ts sesame oil

Takes 25 Minutes

1. Cut meat into thin slices.
2. Mix it with soy sauce and some oil. Add cornstarch and knead the meat with
the soy sauce and oil mixture.
3. Mix soy sauce with balsamico vinegar, sherry, sugar and salt.
4. Heat 4 tbls of oil in a Wok or large pan. Add meat and stirfry some minutes.
5. Add soy sauce mixture and let cook until smooth.

Serves 4
